Training
RTC is a sister company to Resource Connection, which has been developing and distributing resurfacing materials for years.
After seeing some of the franchised and business opportunity programs offered, we decided that a more comprehensive, less expensive program was needed. We developed our training program with the knowledge gained in supplying materials to hundreds of customers across the U.S. as well as Canada, Spain, and Mexico; along with the technical background of one of the largest resurfacing companies in the country.
RTC's instructors have a minimum of ten years experience (some with twenty) in their respective fields.
At RTC we have training programs for the novice who wants to enter the growing Resurfacing industry as well as refresher and new technique courses for the experienced technician. All these programs are individually tailored to your needs.
